All of the five star reviews were right! I dropped my computer in the bathtub and thought it was toast when it wouldn’t charge. Other computer stores wouldn’t even look at it, but Jesse fixed it quickly and for a great deal. Will definitely be back for any other computer issues I have!
I was nervous about coming because I’m always worried about being taken advantage of by slick sales men. I had the opposite experience. Jesse is generous, kind and patient. He is knowledgeable and will get your items fixed or find you something better. I will be coming back!
Bought a Macbook Pro a couple of weeks ago and have been very happy with it. Works great, never would have thought this was a used macbook. As advertised, runs well and looks amazing. Great guy to do business with, honest and knows his stuff. I would buy from him again and even ask him to repair my stuff in the future if needed.
This guy is the best: very knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy, friendly and easy going. This is the only place I will take my computers for repair.
If you need your computer fixed, Jesse is your only option. Don't even consider anywhere else. He's friendly, he's fast, he doesn't mess around or upsell you, and most importantly he absolutely knows what he's doing. Don't use a geek squad or anything like that. Come to a guy who's a real professional and has been doing this for almost 30 years.
