Helped same day with a new notebook component to get me on my way and back to work. Unlike other local businesses I had called first Jesse didn’t try to scam me with some 160$ labor charge for a new dc in port (easiest part on the machine to swap out) and quickly figured out I just needed a new charger and set me up with a very reasonable price. Thank you!!!
Brought in a pc for a case swap and OS upgrade. Jesse did just that at a fair and reasonable price. Very happy with the service, will use again in the future if I need to.
Jesse provided free diagnostic of my PC and provided possible options. He spent extra effort to work through difficult retrieval from the hard drive. He is quick on repairs, extremely knowledgeable and charges reasonable fees. He is professional, honest and very personable. I highly recommend his services. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
For context I brought in a custom-build which was not posting and Jesse helped install windows and changed the port my 12v was plugged into. No appointment needed. You can just knock during normal business hours and he will give you a PTA. Very easy guy to work with and obviously knows his stuff. He even helped with some of my cable management. Cost was $100 flat, but that includes a fresh instillation of Windows 11. Will be going back if I have any more issues!
