I was contacted right away once I put in a request in the app. He was friendly and quickly gave me a quote for his services. Due to it being a new home construction I had to change the dates based on how much progress was made on our house but he was flexible and able to accommodate the changes easily. Nick's customer service was outstanding. He took the time to explain each and any question I had about everything he was inspecting. He was very careful with everything he inspected and everywhere he had to go throughout the house (attic).
