I’ve been seeing Kim for a year now and I can honestly say given that this is my very first experience seeing a counsellor, the bar has been set really high. Kim has her own unique ways of helping me work through my challenges and she has taught me a lot about the tools I’ve already had all along. Kim is kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and is a great listener. She is non judgemental and extremely knowledgable about how the brain works regarding our emotions and how our emotions can affect our health.
