We brought a used vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection and we paid a very reasonable price for a very thorough inspection! He finished his inspection fairly quickly and told us all of the issues he noticed. He even mentioned some parts under the hood that he knew may have issues over time for us to keep in mind. Jacob was fantastic! Dropped my car off for a tune-up and check on a fueling issue. He was able to complete everything in the same day with fair pricing and an explanation of what he did that made sense to me.
Took my car in and they did great repairing things however when I picked it up it was making this horrible creaking noise so I took it back and he pretty much said that he didn't hear anything which is impossible because it's incredibly loud. Really sucks because I have been looking for a good mechanic and I've got a few cars that need to be fixed up but unfortunately he just didn't own up to a mistake. They've had my man's car/truck for 6 weeks now!!!! Gave it back to him and now it's barely running at all It stops at the light completely shuts off It bogs down when he hits the gas I would never ever ever ever recommend these people!!!! They charge him $1,000 and now he still has to take it somewhere else and he can't even drive the car without me following him to find out what's going on with it!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! ALL of the reviews are from people they know and are lying!!!!
