Paid up front for a job that was never completed . The owner JOJO continued to miss scheduled appointments with numerous excuses. Communication was non existent , with a full voicemail and no response to text messaging , as well nobody at the shut down shop, after waiting multiple months for him to follow through, it became winter , and he disappeared. what he agreed and was paid for was of no matter to him. The small initial touch up he did was a “disgrace to the industry”. , so low on the scale it’s not even on the scale” ... read more
