Wow, absolutely amazing service! My car had been making a weird sound, and I had another mechanic check it out, but unfortunately, he was unable to help me. I called All Import this morning to make an appointment, and Julio answered the phone. He let me know that they don’t schedule appointments, as they usually operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Went in for an oil change today and asked the Julio to check if my brakes needed replacing. He said they were just fine, no need to replace. Later, he gave me a call to mention some concerns with my brake fluid and transmission fluid—both of which I already knew were long overdue. He’s super honest, so I really appreciated him looking out. -Cris
