He was polite and listened to my concerns with full attention. I felt heard. Also because I am over 65, he gave me a 10% discount to the total project. Hurricane Milton knocked down a live oak in my front yard, pulling up my sewer line as it fell. Initially, I thought the sewer line was simply bent, but James came out and inspected it with a camera. It turns out the line was completely shattered, and sewage was flowing into the huge cavity created by the tree's root ball—yuck!
