James Rogers gave 5 Star service! He flushed out our solar hot water heater that was clogged and checked our faucets to make sure they were clear also! He was polite and listened to my concerns with full attention. I felt heard. Also because I am over 65, he gave me a 10% discount to the total project. I highly recommend James to help others and we will definitely be calling All Hours Plumber when needed in the future.
I don't usually write reviews but this company went above and beyond. I accidentally ripped off my outside faucet and water went shooting everywhere so I had to turn off the main valve. I would have been without water until I scheduled a company to come out but I called them and they were here within an hour. James and River with All Hours Plumbing were fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They quickly unclogged a drain that had been giving me trouble for a long time. Arrived on time and got the job done right—highly recommend!
All Hours Plumber sent out the BEST plumber of all time to replace the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It’s nearly 3:15am and James has been an absolute delight. He was even willing to show me every step of the process. Highly recommend their work and would certainly hire them for another South Tampa job!
Marc was super helpful. Was in a pinch trying to get a shower cartridge out and eventually called to get someone out as it was not budging and the water was off. Unfortunately given the emergency nature, no one was able to come out but Marc helped coach me through what I was already working on and provided me with some ideas to get the cartridge out.
