My First Cruise! Thank you All Horizions Travel – I had no idea how to book a cruise and I was leary of booking online not knowing what I would get. The agents at All Horizions Travel were professional, friendly and boy... did they know thier stuff. Now I want to travel the world. They do it all!
Avoid this travel agency – This is a horrible agency and I suggest that anyone booking a vacation look elsewhere. I travel often for work and I am quite familiar with the process of booking flights, hotels and vehicles. However, since this was a vacation, we sought advice and went with this agency. From Europe to Australia and everywhere in between, can't beat the expertise found here! – Being computer savvy and loving the Google tools, I have used several on-line booking engines for hotels and seemingly easily arranged packages only to find out that for the "great" price I was getting, the compromise was a less than standard room location at the wonderful resort or worse, flight problems that I had no one to call for help. Unhelpful. A waste of time I'm not sure if this applies to "A Cruise Loft", but I had such a poor experience with All Horizons Travel that I had to tell somebody. I was planning a 3 week trip for my family of 4 to Australia and New Zealand during the high season (summer down under). Susan Jenner attempted to help but all she did was pass on to QANTAS Vacations and provided tour packages without explaining the costs and variables of the different portions of the trip.
