Had Brad install an under deck system for $5,000 in the Summer of 2015. I'm glad I was here to check in during the installation, as I was able to observe several shoddy pieces of workmanship, and could course correct him before it was too late. The system still leaked, and he did not return to fix as promised. I didn't push the issue and fixed it myself. Frankly, I was concerned he'd only make it worse. They lack technical skill and work ethic. This outfit is 'take the money and run'. Steer clear.
June of 2015 we hired Brad to install an under deck system. He was paid in full in the amount of $10,500. The system leaked in several places. He returned five different times and could not fix these issues. We ended up having to hire someone else to come in and fix the problem at a cost to us of $5,000. We are not happy with the system or the service provided.
