We’ve had a storage with these people for now a year and every time that we were going to be late, they were so understanding and helped us with late fees. when we were moving out, they tried everything they could to get us help! They are so understanding and sweet if you give them the same energy.

This place is horrible. I would highly recommend you stay away from them they will steal your money and make up every excuse as to why it is your fault just watch and see the response I get, but if you want your stuff safe and your money not stolen I would highly recommend not using this place

Make sure if you use these units you keep insurance on your property and copies of all your payments. Otherwise they sell your stuff without any notice to you. The new so called manager Patty Baker is impossible to talk to. I would definitely never ever use this place again.
