I’m posting this review just to give anyone who is considering purchasing a Groupon for this company a head’s up. I purchased a Groupon for 5 hours of cleaning with two people. Read the fine print carefully, to ensure that my specific needs were not excluded and would not be an issue. The Groupon value is $240, the price I paid was $189. I arranged with Norma to clean a vacant unit. She sent the cleaner to the wrong unit (a unit that had already been cleaned a week ago). I expected this would be a simple issue of having someone come out and clean the correct unit. Instead she refused to have the correct unit cleaned, and refused to issue a refund.
They don't show up at the time and date they make an appointment for, and don't even have the decency to call or e-mail to let the customer know.
