The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in NOLA. We were staying at The Barnett and decided to do breakfast here as a perk with our status. As we walked into the cafe I informed an employee (who later ended up being our server) that we wanted to do breakfast and he just pointed at the register without saying a word. Friendly, good coffee and vibes
We gave this cafe two chances for breakfast during our stay, but the service was consistently disappointing. Both times, the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. If you are looking for friendly service and a good cup of coffee, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Kevin and Sofia were my cashiers and they were so helpful and encouraging. The drink i got was the Galactic Latte with dark rum and raspberry. I added some sugar in cuz i like it sweet lol but ill definitely come back
