Grilled cheese was not at all what was advertised and it was like the smallest sandwich you’ve ever seen. Staff was slow and not well informed on their menu items nor properly trained on how to make the coffee. The place is also super dark so not an ideal place to work.
What a great spot to have a yummy Latta or delicious cinnamon roll. 😋
The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in NOLA. We were staying at The Barnett and decided to do breakfast here as a perk with our status. As we walked into the cafe I informed an employee (who later ended up being our server) that we wanted to do breakfast and he just pointed at the register without saying a word.
