They broke the grill on our double French door by trying to pry it off the glass. That was in May. They have failed to fix this issue. To date I have one side with the grills and one without. They are expensive Pella doors. Their solution is to replace the good side with plain glass to look like the one without grills or to put in glass with grills inside the glass!!!!! It’s a joke! Add to that that they took grills and have not returned them... so now I get to spend $$ on an attorney. Enough said
For our daughters wedding, we needed 5 pieces of glass, custom cut, for oddly shaped wood slab cake stands. They did a BEAUTIFUL job, were fairly priced and the owners were so kind.
Needed a mirror replaced within a wooden frame. Service was prompt, good, and with a reasonable price. Owners are very pleasant. Family-owned for 43 years.
