I called here with a few questions about dry ice that i plan to purchase. The gentleman who i spoke with on the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service in answering questions which, to them were probably basic questions and I sounded like a dummy in asking, but he was concise and by the time I hung up I felt well informed.
This is a terrible company; be careful. I rented a gas cylinder from them and they told me I'd get my deposit back within 14 days. It's been over six months now, and when I called, they said they'd sent a check. But over a month has passed, and I still haven't received it.
Employees are very helpful with getting dry ice ! Thank You
