After finding a mouse in my apartment for the first time, I panicked and set up an appointment. I ended up being charged $240 just for the exterminator to lay down a few mouse traps. When I called to ask about getting points of entry sealed off I was given a long-winded, non-sensical explanation on how the service can not be provided. Needless to say, I was left feeling scammed as I could've placed mouse traps myself for a much cheaper price.
