I have been coming to All Friends for like 13 years, all I have to say is that they are the best.. The staff is so kind and they really do care, I would never go anywhere else and I send everyone I know there...They have become family to us.❤️
On jan. 8th I brought my 12yr old boxer Abby in and unfortunately we had to put her down, she was too sick. The staff was amazing and so caring for her and for me. I received a sympathy card from AF yesterday which made me cry. Thank you All Friends for being so compassionate. My heart is still in a million pieces and I miss my Abby but just wanted to thank you all for being so wonderful.
I stopped by All Friends today to pick up some flea medication for my animals and even though I’m not yet a client, the girl working the desk (I didn’t catch her name) was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help me get what I needed. The staff seems to genuinely care about animals which was awesome to see. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed and when my pets need to be seen, I know exactly where I’ll be bringing them. Have been bringing my kitties here since January. I have always had such wonderful experiences with all the staff there. Everyone is kind and clear on everything that they're doing for my pets. Thank you so much for always taking care of my furry babies, for always answering my crazy questions, and for your advice! I always look forward to coming by. Thanks everyone at all friends, and to Dr. Newman!! She is wonderful!
The bestest people on the planet. The staff there is exceptional. They truly care about the pets in there care. I have referred many people to them, and will continue to do so.
Horrible experience today, after 4 years as clients...our dog went in for a follow up on a bacteria infection...they tried charging my husband for a shot our dog didn't get...And, even worse...thought our dog lost 6 lbs in a week (he didn't, but they don't keep accurate files) and just said "well he looks healthy enough, so I'm not concerned." Seriously? If my dog lost 6 lbs in a week, I would hope for his vet to do further testing. We already called a new veterinarian.
