I had an incredible experience here! I called them because my 2019 BMW 330i was vibrating violently whenever it was in reverse or at low RPMs, and I suspected it might be the engine mounts. They told me to bring it in so they could confirm what was really going on. Easily the most honest and reliable auto shop I’ve been to in the Bay Area. They don’t try to upsell you or throw in extra stuff — just fix what actually needs fixing, which saves a ton of money. So glad I stumbled on this place. Also, there’s a Whole Foods like a 5-minute walk away, so I usually just drop off my car and chill there with a coffee while they do their thing. Super convenient.
