Been with this storage unit for about two years now. Ever since the new management has taken over, it seems like they’re improving a lot of things. The gate was upgraded, more units are being built, the facility is more maintained.

I rented a unit from this location and it's been a bad experience. I cant access my unit because I was being charged an insurance that I declined. I was asked to email a copy of my ID but was never ask to provide home owners insurance since I opted out of their insurance. My next months invoice i received a week later only show the month amount due. I called to ask about the gate issue. I received no answer. Business hours on Saturday are 9-3 but no answer and the operator states they are closed. I had to submit an e.ail to ... read more
