Absolute worst home health I have ever worked with. You’re not able to connect with anyone over the phone and after waiting over 20 minutes they disconnect the call with no callbacks. They state they try to reach out ‘multiple times’ with no record of voicemails or missed calls. Absolutely terrible and should be reported to Medicare because this has to be a type of liability. Horrible
Totally useless. Dr ordered hydrotherapy and they don’t provide that service but did not alert Dr. I was told to take a shower and change the bandage. Really I had a faciotomy!
