Joe They were prompt and courteous. Tech was very good at explaining my problem, and had a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to all friends and family.
They wasted my vacation day Tried to make an appointment in early May but was told needed to be there 1/2 day morning or afternoon so I scheduled a day off in June. I said wanted 1st call said ok. I called in Am on that day and was told could not arrive till late morning. Called late morning said guarnteed would be there in afternoon. Called in afternoon said could not make it today. Called Manager said would review matter and call back. Never heard back.
Unprofessional hacks Completely unproffessional- we called three day ago to make an appointment, boyfriend takes off work to be here for today's septic pump out- and we thought we were going to get service. THEN we called in the a.m.- and hear that they can't make it out today (BUT they didn't call us yesterday to let us know this, knowing full well one of us had to take off work to be here for them). To add insult to injury, their offer was to come tomorrow (lose another day's work)- and they would take a measly FIVE DOLLAR... read more
