I called Jimmy out on a Sunday morning to help fix my DIY plumbing attempt.. He was prompt, professional and sorted the job for me with a bit of humour whilst not breaking the bank!! Just found my new plumber for any future issues… definitely 5 star service.
Exceptional service! I noticed water dripping in my ensuite and was almost frantic trying to get someone to check it immediately. James was incredibly accommodating and made time to come over within 15 minutes. After thoroughly inspecting the issue, I was amazed that he fixed it on the spot the same day. A fantastic experience, and I wish James all the best. Keep up the great work!
James was the only plumber who responded to my calls when I had plumbing emergency last night. He was so thorough in checking all the plumbing and he assured me that the water leak wasn’t from my house (which was a big relief for me). He also followed up on the status of the leak the following day. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.
