I highly recommend Mr. Dent and his staff (Tiffany and April)for obtaining a mortgage. They are very kind and patient through a stressful process especially if you’ve never been through it before. They communicate with realtors and buyers often and were very efficient and timely! Thankful for all of them to help me have a home again!
What initially started positive did not end on a positive note. I had my closing rescheduled several times. Initially I was supposed to close on a Friday, then a Tuesday. When Tuesday rolls around and I'm literally at All Financials office I'm told there's been some type of issue and closing isn't possible. Come Wednesday there is a $700 balance and I'm being told by Malcolm, to waive mortgage insurance to make the money that had already been wired the previous week be enough to close.
