Two appointments both missed, calls not returned, no explanations offered other than they’re short staffed!!! Clearly they need to hire people, not that difficult a solution. Called before once two years ago for a repair, showed up and the plumber was like “ I can’t fix that, I’ll have to send someone else “....Second plumber couldn’t fix the problem either....Won’t be doing business with this company ever again....See to it that they lose my association’s contract
