Extremely unprofessional, extremely disorganized, tell you that funds are garunteed by the bank Via e-mail when in fact they are not, had to send same documents to here repeatedly (3x) I would not recommend this women to anybody, went from 21 day escrow ready to sign to oops sorry 67 days later. Not a member of the BBB I truly believe her activities are borderline illegal if not full blown illegal
We were treated like family with very relaxed environment. Also we where able get the real estate and loan both through them very easy process.
Patient and understanding never pushy. Lavern is a wonderfull person. I highly recomend her if you want to sell or buy a property.
