Dr A has been taking care of my dental needs for years. He's very gentle (I have never felt so much as even the numbing shot!) and compassionate. My husband has had some pretty serious work done with crowns, root canals, etc. and has been very happy with it all. We have since moved away unfortunately, or we would still be his patients. I'm considering driving to Smyrna to have a root canal done just because I know he will do a good job with no pain.
This dentist is bad. He ruined my mouth. He replaced all my fillings, which had to ALL be re-done within 2 years. He did a crown, which had to come off AND then the tooth needed a root canal. He put a veneer on the front tooth and, guess what, it fell off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!
RUN LIKE HELL HAS THE RIGHT IDEA!!! This office is a total joke! The office staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The office staff lies like crazy. I had a surgery scheduled and 3 days prior to my scheduled SX i called to ask for my benefits to be re-verified as I had met more of my deductible at that point my out of pocket cost was going to be significantly less the receptionist Brittany said that she would re-verify and call me by the end of the day. Ok, i totally disagree with the previous person's status, although eveyone had the "RIGHT" to their own oppinion.. MIne on the other hand I couldn't ask for better, I had chipped a tooth a very long time ago and it started to hurt. Contacted my other dentist from Smyrna, the doctor was out til the next following Tuesday and I wasn't able to get into him. So I had to contact another Dentist, which was Dr. Alissandratos.. I recieved sub-par work. Paying over $1200 to have my teeth scaled and old fillings replaced. Less than a year later two fillings have fallen out and one tooth magically got cracked after they worked on it. I paid for all the work up front and was initially happy with the visit. Hey at least the sedation really did work; I don't remember a thing from the visit! Six months later I called to schedule my cleaning and they informed me that I owed them another $348.
