⭐ Extremely Disappointing Patient Service The general family dental team has been fine. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the front desk staff or my experience with the oral surgery department. The front desk staff consistently come across as unfriendly, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. A front desk is the first interaction patients have with an office, and basic courtesy, a welcoming attitude, and simple communication should not be too much to expect from a healthcare provider. This was my first time here because my original dentist don’t pull wisdom teeth so they referred me here, I booked a appointment so I can get my 4 wisdom teeth removed and the experience went great, I didn’t feel anything being removed, I seen Dr Bruno and she was trying to find my vein but she couldn’t find it after 4 attempts, and I just didn’t like her response about my size saying “I’m small and skinny ” multiple times , in the past I never really had problems finding my vein from past doctor appointments and even being ... read more
