I have called the billing department and left a voicemail. I was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was only available to get 2 removed even though it wasn't their fault. My issue was I had paid in advance for the 4 to be removed they assured me that the payment will be returned for the two teeth that they were unable to remove. It has been almost 6 months every time I call the receptionist says "Let me transfer you to billing." Muy mala experiencia desde que entras (entrada sucia como un lugar abandonado). Pretenden que gastes el límite.de tu seguro por una sola extracción de muela. Aparte, el personal es grosero y sin ningún tipo de ética. Repudiable lugar.
My daughter got her braces today and we had such a great experience! The team was professional and welcoming, communication was clear, and the assistant who put her braces on was so gentle and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. The orthodontist was very informative and took time to explain everything. She’s been coming here for almost 2 years and we’ve always had positive experiences. We truly appreciate this office and highly recommend them!
