Horrible Customer Service!
Dr Bruno is a exceptional dentist who guided me through my procedure I am 50 and had many dentist in the past, mostly horrible expirences. Bruno has been the best one I have seen, she was amazingly patient with me, as I can tense up and have anxiety in a chair, but I felt very comfortable with her, I went in for a extraction on my wisdom tooth and was amazed by the speed it took her to take it out, no less then 10 minutes. Always a great experience!
Had the worst experience ever. We were 7 minutes late. Stuck in traffic Which isn't their fault. But never been treated so horrible. As soon. As we walked in. The receptionist was rude. Right away !!" you have to reschedule". No smile, no compassion. She looked mad. The place felt gloomy, and the front desk two girls were not friendly or smiled all all. They acted like they hated their job. Rude!! I will never go there again. Worst ever !! P.s. I have never did a negative review. But this place unbelievable.
