The most unprofessional service I've literally ever encountered. I've booked a soft silk press for my daughters back to school about two weeks ago for today. I get to the appointment and the stylist tells me "oh I forgot to text you and let you know I can't do your daughters hair" lmao they day before her first day of school. Didn't even say nothing to my husband who had been waiting there for ten minutes already literally wasted our time and didn't care not one bit. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

This was my first time experiencing and it was lovely! Sydney is so sweet and friendly, she did exactly what I wanted and it turned out so cute!
Nicci was amazing. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely book with her again.
