I have been with them for 10 years and have been very pleased. This year, Scott did my inspection a couple weeks ago, and went over my renewal treatment which was up this year. They told me last year that it was going to more expensive than normal. The Termidor treatment done today by Kyle was done in a little over an hour, even with having to drill holes on some of the concrete, which were sealed after they were done. All Exterminators went above and beyond to help us with our liquid termite treatment at our home. There was a misunderstanding between us and the salesman initially, but the ownership and management stepped in and took care of things.
