Everything I needed to know was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I was kept abreast of every step that was taken and was advised when the next steps would occur. On the day of the install, the workers were very professional and worked steadily. The job was completed sooner than I expected.

They raised the price of my job 20% to "pay for" the "30% off if not installed in 2025" gimmick. If you're working with them now, know you're being fleeced. Below comment not true. Salesperson never explained anticipatory changes and explained the price hike as stated above. Look elsewhere, western MA!
