I reached out to All Energy Solar after a power surge damaged our array. The company who installed our panels is no longer in business, so I needed to find a new company. After 2 months of SLOW communication back and forth with All Energy Solar trying to diagnose the issue over phone calls and emails, I still have an unusable system, and no one has been out to even look at anything. I understand that summer is busy season for solar, but this feels horribly inefficient.

I had reached out to several companies in the area to help me with an issue, where my solar inverter had failed and I was receiving a replacement from the manufacturer. What I simply needed was for a qualified and certified individual to remove my old inverter and replace it with the new one. Thank you to Mike, Brandon, Ramon and the crew out of the Madison office. They completed the project, 40 panels and two batteries, with no issues or surprises. They were all very easy to work with - efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with questions I had during the process. They communicated well about their schedule, showed up on time, cleaned up everything well and completely met or exceeded expectations with the process and the final product. Very happy with how everything looks, inside and outside.
