The panels work fine, thus two stars instead of one, but my customer service experience through C**** was unprofessional and unacceptable. A week after signing a contract and making a down payment, I was told my roof needed an additional $1250 in repairs with minimal description of what the repairs were. Turned out it was something I could have done myself for a few hundred. A month later I was told that my panels were going to produce 25% less than originally projected unless I cut down two trees. We had 36 panels installed by All Energy Solar this summer/fall. We were highly pleased with the process from design through installation. The initial consultation was informative and laid out how the project would proceed. The site survey was thorough and resulted in a detailed design and cost specification. The permitting and approval process dragged out far longer than I would have liked as it meant we missed most of the summer sun; however most of the time was waiting for Xcel Energy to do the approvals on their end.
