We were without power for over a week during this storm. When PGE finally came out, they couldn't fix the problem due to an electrical panel that was out of code. My husband called Cherry City Electric and three Electricians were at our door at 7am the next day. They were professional, kind, and handled the issue the same day. I was buying a home had a federal pacific panel part of VA loan the sellers had to replace the panel for loan approval I have a 200a service and this company decided to put it on a 125a service its laziness that they opted to go for the easiest main panel replacement I am lucky to be a electrician and so I am going to have to make it right. Tired of seeing my lights dim when heat pump kicks on.
