This is a nice mom and pop style dispensary That only specializes in Siemens products. While they are a bit old fashioned, they were very open and friendly. I made a few out of the box requests as it pertained to my hearing aids and ear molds. While they weren't used to the types of requests I made, they did the best they could to accomodate my requests. It is a "Ma & Pa" business. I believe the daughter & wife of the man owning & operating the business sit up front as the receptionist. The Gentleman who is the dispenser is quite nice. So once you bypass his wife and/or daughter you are in good hands, lol...Medi-cal is horrible & substandard and that sounds like part of what the issue was confirming eligability?
