The company came out to see where my water leakage was coming from, found out it was my water heater. We scheduled to have it replaced the following Monday, he asked for towels to help stop the spreading of the water, collected his service fee and left. This is the first time something like this had happened so I didn't know what to do. A neighbor informed me of the possibility of water damage.
