Dalton was real friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions that I had and it went smoothly.
UPDATED REVIEW 9.7.25... Jase came and replaced water heater on 9.2 and the job he did is flat out SPIFF!! On 9.6 we tried to adjust the temperature and i have no idea what we did but, could not get the pilot light to kick on. UGH. Well, let me just say ths has never happened with ANY company.
