Went for a color and cut after seeing reviews. Brittany worked on my hair and another person as well going back and forth b/w us. She suggested highlights so it ended up being color/highlights & cut. I was not impressed with the color and highlights. The color was a little darker than I would like and the highlights looked like grays. Luckily I only had a few highlights.
