I decided to give this salon a second try because it is in my area. The first experience was horrible and the second experience was just as bad. I went the salon to get my hair lightened with a ombre look. My hair was darkened and a patch of red was in the back. I have natural virgin hair so ok the dye was not what I asked for so I hoped the style would look professional.....nope, it looked like something I can do at home. I've been coming to Ms. Faye the owner for a few years now and I am sold on her precessional ism, knowledge, caring spirit, and the keen sense she has for running her business effectively. Upscale salon with down home feeling. I'm completely happy with my relaxers, cuts, treatments. In fact my hair regime has gotten my damaged hair back to healthy, thick, and lengthy!
I went to this salon today for the first time. I really thought the atmosphere was relaxing and nice. The place was clean and neat. My hairdresser as well as the other hair dressers were very nice, friendly, and professional. I just thought my hairdresser, Angela, worked with me and listened to my wants and desires regarding my hair. I LOVE my hair!!!! I am going back to a my hair colored. Good job Angela. I hope this salon stays around for many years----ladies, keep up the good work.
