Very knowledgeable guy, no nonsense, even gives you advice about your vehicle if he sees that you may have a potential problem down the road. Showed me some rust on the frame of my GMC Sierra pickup and it was a common problem on these vehicles and undercoated it for free. Excellent rate, and buys quality parts. Even went to Concord for a dealer part because the price was too high in Tilton (double the price), so he goes go out of his way to save you money. Plus he's a veteran, and so am I !
