I put one star only cause that is the lowest option. Every interaction with this company has been horrible. Dispatch was very rude speaking over me and cutting me off anytime I spoke. The tech didn't properly communicate what needed done. When they returned he refused to repair our appliance. I asked for a manager and was dismissed and hung up on. Stay clear away from this shady, dishonest, untrustworthy, fraudulent company. We are working through our home insurance, First American Home Warranty, and they have contracted with All Desert Appliances (ADA). When the ADA contractor showed up to fix our refrigerator, the contractor was not personable, walked in my home and didn't even acknowledge me with a simple hello.
