I wish there was a way to submit this without adding any starts!!!! This place is a joke and after reading the "replies" from the "owner" that should be clear to everyone and anyone. Never the less I want to share what I went through - I have First American Home Warranty ( ONLY because I just bought my house ) and my GE Oven Range starting displaying a Error Code (F76) and so the Home Warranty Company sent out this JOKE of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I filed a home warranty claim in AUGUST because our dishwasher wasn't working. The first technician comes out for maybe 5 min. says he has to order a part and then leaves. 2 weeks goes by with no follow up. I call. They magically got the part in that day and scheduled the install for a week later. That doesn't fix the problem. No follow up, no nothing. I go back through warranty. Worst company ever! Had no refrigerator for 3 weeks because this company took 3 weeks to order parts, than had to speak to a manager to get them to rush stuff as i have 2 young children and can not live out of a cooler and they scheduled someone to come over the weekend no one ever showed i contacted them that monday for them to say my warranty cancelled them. Which was NOT the case, i have spoke to over 50 representatives and 4 managers from AHS and they never closed anything it was still active. 2 weeks later still no refr... read more
