Easy to make an appointment and I went in on time. A very pleasant experience. Dr Pehoushek listened closely to my concerns. He pick an appropriate course of action for my problem and I was out of the office. I have been going to ALL Dermatology for many years and have never had a bad experience regardless of what doctor is helping me.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THESE PEOPLE!! Absolutely horrible experience with the openly hostile front staff dealing with an insurance issue they were confused about. They refused to call the number on my card specifically meant to resolve this issue, nor talk to the person from my insurance company when I did! I’ve never seen staff so obstinate about trying to solve a simple issue so I can be seen. They kept insisting I would have to be “self pay” if I wanted to keep my appointment and they would “pay me back” whe... read more
