Easy check-in process and very efficient meeting with the doctor to address my concerns.
When someone keeps you waiting, they're (tacitly or otherwise) making the statement that their time is more valuable than yours. Of course, this is never true and a 30 minute wait for a routine and scheduled appointment is totally unreasonable. Besides that, James Pehoushek is a very competent physician who I expect to see again, sans any unreasonable wait.
Dr P. and his staff are great. He is swift and has a keen eye.
