It was great!! The variety of work and Nick, the coach, was very helpful and attentive to me since it was my first time to actually take a cross fit class
Finally prepared to get back in the gym, and they could not have been better. Experienced staff and great location. Very excited to have them be a part of me getting back to the fitness level I once had. Very excited for my next class tomorrow. I tested several boxes before making this decision. Absolute pros accross the board. Challenging workouts and great adaptibility for any fitness level.
Great box ! Dropped in and everyone was so welcoming ! Made me feel like I was part of the community ! Wod was intense what a Saturday workout should be !
