Had a initially failed pick up with another company to get my Tesla full self driving install. When I rescheduled Jerry had texted saying he could get it done. Yes he did.. on time and a very efficient return back. Would highly recommend

I love Jerry ***** and I've never met him personally. Finding a reliable auto transporter is more difficult than I thought. I had bad experiences with 2 prior auto transporter companies and when I spoke with Jerry he assured me that he would help me. They came through for me and I am happy. All Day Auto Transport will be my go to if a I ever have to transport another car.

Jerry ***** with All Day Auto Transport provided me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I'm very pleased. I sent in a request and he called me from his car. He was already off work, but still decided to contact me and assist with finding a company to transport my sisters vehicle. Sales doesn't stop just because you clock out. I work long hours and can't always answer the phone, so I appreciate that he was able to work around my schedule to answer any questions via text. This is a bogus ***** company. Picked up my Lexus GX460 and said trailer broken so not delivered on time. Then when we asked more questions ***** said he could not get in touch with driver or carrier company. Long story short, We had to report car stolen with police and this company said they are not responsible for the car at all. It's a ***** operation to steal cars and *****/this company is involved. Do not use!

Should be zero stars. I was working with *****. This company is the worst. They bid lower than anyone else, then made me cancel all other bid requests. The could not get someone to pickup my shipment. Stopped responding to my calls and texts. They missed the pickup window and I ended up with $300 in storage fees. They could not deliver and find a driver for two weeks. I posted on Shiply and got my shipment picked up in like two days for a fair amount. I had my Porsche 911 shipped and I couldn't be happier. From dispatch to drive everyone was super courteous and down to earth. To be frank they were not the cheapest, but the communication was superb and that is worth more to me than saving a few bucks. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I contacted this company because I seen their reviews online to move my Silverado and my 20' pontoon! It didn't take a week from the first time I contacted them to the point of Receiving my vehicles! Everyone else I got quotes from were more then double the price!! I had 24hour contact with dispatch and the operator of the semi bringing my vehicles! The agent, John M, was easy to work with and kept me in the loop at all times.. His quote was fair and competitive. The driver, Scott was on time in Tucson and fully aware of what to do. He was courteous and showed a high level of safety securing my car to the transport truck. He kept my family aware of the time of delivery in NY and again, safely un loaded the car and made out the transfer paper work and delivered the car. Perfect! ****************
