I would not recommend shipping with ADAT! they gave me a cheap quote and then couple of day before actually shipping my car, increased it by $100, saying the truck drivers need more money and they are not agreeing upon the previous decided amount. The service rep who gave me my initial quote, didn't have have the guts to call and convey me this message. A completely different person called and had no knowledge about why this amount was quoted. Be careful of using this company! The price they quote you is never the price you will end up paying, and the day they say they will pick up the vehicle will never happen. I used them on two different occasions.The first time they increased my price and stated it was because the trucking company increased their price at the last minute. Andrea, thank you for your review. You were not charged any money until you agreed upon the updated price to ship the vehicle. We do not charge upfront for our services. You have to keep in mind the locations for pick up and delivery (Wyoming to Michigan, drivers don't like that area), drivers don't like to drive at this time of year (winter) and you had oversized tires. We were able to find drivers both times and we spoke to you before you moved forward with the shipment. We apologize for any inconveniences. .
As a college student who is going to be studying abroad, I needed my car moved from my college to my parents house for safe keeping. I called and set an appointment for pickup and delivery - pickup to be 12/15/16 with same day delivery. It is 12/19/16 no pickup. None of my calls have been returned - if they even go through. I was emailed a contact number for the driver - absolutely zero response despite numerous calls and text messages. *****, We have been in contact with you throughout the process. The first driver assigned, Blue Ridge Exotic went to pickup and the truck could not physically get down your street. A lot of trees and a narrow road. It was a one mile walk to get the car. The driver was not able to get the vehicle. We received a call from you yesterday and you asked to find another driver. Keep in mind, you are in Oregon and the driver took hours to try to figure it out on your behalf.
