Very Satisfied, Excellent Customer Service, Very Honest and Hard Working HVAC technicians. I contacted the owner Joe Corofano on Tuesday at 2:30p as my parents air conditioning and heat were not turning on. Joe called his tech who was on a job near my parents neighborhood and his tech repaired/ serviced their cooling and heating system by 5p that same day. Very dissatisfied. Was told they would show up to address a duct issue and never came leaving my wife sitting more than once. Also they missed or neglected or never told me about my coils being filthy and my blower being absolutely filthy which could significantly contribute to the efficiency of the unit. Do not recommend.
Responsive, prompt and excellent service. My new go to AC company.
