Last cut I got wasn't very good and I was extremely displeased.. I went in for a trim.. about an inch to 1½". I told her I wanted it at least 1½"-2" long.. all over my head.. meaning every strand not shorter then one and one half inch. My regular gal was busy! Tu7s other gal.. only knows how to cut hair one way appearantly because a guy came in right before to have the top of his trimmed out of his eyes.. and that's exactly the same cut I received as a senior lady!! If I could give this negative stars I absolutely would! Not only did she cut all of my hair off but she butchered it. I asked for a little off the length and to add layers. I ended up with a choppy bob! Needless to say it was the worst experience I've ever had! It's going to take yrs for my hair to grow back and be right again. Not only did she not listen to what I asked but she was unprofessional watching TV on her phone the entire time she washed and cut my hair! For reference my hair was past my chest when we started.
