From the start this project was bad. I had numerous concerns about my painter. Evan couldn't be bothered to come out and address my concerns. Attacked me as a customer calling me names. Took him to small claims court about poor, unfinished work and won the judgement for thousands of dollars. Unpaid as of yet because he lacks care and concern for the customer.
I won a judgment against All Custom Painting (Evan Karas) in small claims court. In addition to his exterior work failing, All Custom Painting (Evan Karas) has not paid what the court awarded to me. Before going to court, Evan Karas came over to observe the areas of concern and would not make necessary repairs. In preparation for our court date he admitted to using a drone to fly around my home to take photos.
