They did great work today and the guys doing the work made sure that they had the right colors and I would be satisfied. Even though that meant a delay for them. The only reason there is 4 stars is the office scheduling did not communicate as much As I would have liked. But they followed through and their prices were competitive.
I spoke with Bob today and he informed me that my project was not big enough for him and he was going to disregard it.
After they gave an estimate they said they were backed up 2 weeks. The day of install comes and nobody shows up or calls. I wait till around 1pm and call the office where appointment was made weeks ago. First person I spoke with looks it up and says we can't come today and proceeds to try to make some unbelievable excuses.
