i would give this place more than 5 stars if i could. i’ve had to bring multiple pets here, for emergency surgery, for euthanasia, for so many things. every single time ive been everyone there has been so incredibly kind and sensitive. they have never been anything but wonderful to me at some of the worst moments in my life. and i have been so impressed in their ability to provide high-quality veterinary care for reptiles. so frequently, they have provided better quality care than the regular vet.
The team at All Creatures is responsive, compassionate, and very informative. The staff went above and beyond to make my bearded dragon, my husband, and me feel welcomed and safe. They were transparent in areas outside their expertise, which made us feel comfortable and respected. They treated our pet with dignity and care, and took the time to educate us on steps for his ongoing care. They also checked on our beardie and his progress by email. Very kind and went above and beyond to ensure my pet was taken care of and even gave us options since funds are a problem. Would return back here even for basic check ups for my pets.
By far the worst vet experience ever. Was told that if I came in with at least the 150 examine fee the could work with me. Currently living out of my car so funds are tight but got the 150 and went straight in. Got there and I said I got the 150 and everyone acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Any way the took dog to the back and called me to sit in a room by myself and two minutes later the vet comes in a leads with I heard funds are tight and says she is fine she awake and moving around. While not the outcome anticipated, I couldn’t be more grateful for this team. They all extended such compassion and attentiveness to not only me but my sweet Sphynx cat that I had to say goodbye to. There was never any pressure on decisions and they really did the best they could for my boy, making me feel at ease saying bye to him. I feel confident going to them again should I have another pet emergency. Thank you. Thank you Rosie, Hillary, Kaylee, Dr. Case, and all that were there that night.
